Dixieland plans Labor Day festival
Boilin’ OilDixieland Music Park in Waldo, Fla., has announced the lineup for its annual Labor Day Weekend festival Aug. 29-Sept. 2.
Produced by Steve Dittman of Original Bluegrass Productions, the lineup features regional bands peforming Friday through Sunday. Groups include White Sands Panhandle Band, Roger Bass and Hillbillies, Florida Bluegrass Express, Swingin’ Bridge, Southern Bridge with Ernie Evans, Backwater, Boilin’ Oil, Sawgrass Revival, Orange Blossom Rambler, Gentle River, Bits of Grass, Lake City Slickr and Jackie Hill and the Blue Shades of Grass.
Camping is available on site and the Classic Cafe, featuring home cooking, will be open all weekend. A flea market will also operate during the festival.
