Jerry Douglas picks up 3rd musician of the year award

Dobro wizard, Jerry Douglas, won his third Country Music Assoc. trophy for musician of the year during Wednesday nights CMA awards show.
According to CMT.com, Douglas has announced plans for two new albums next year, including one with Alison Krauss & Union Station. Douglas will start recording a new album with Krauss and her band in the spring or early summer. He will also release a solo album on Koch Records in April and will tour to support the solo record which follows recent outings with Paul Simon and Edgar Meyer.
