Bluegrass Bits and Pieces
The Lonesome River Band lands in Columbus, OH. this weekend along with Mountain Heart.Concert will benefit Gulf Coast region
The Flagler Museum in Palm Beach, Fla., will host a bluegrass concert with performances by Steve Kaufman and the Larry Stephenson Band on April 12 beginning at 3:30 p.m.
Tickets are $30 and all proceeds will benefit the Southern Arts Federation’s emergency relief fund for Gulf Coast cultural institutions damaged by hurricanes.
Kenny and Amanda Smith lend a hand
Kenny and Amanda Smith will be performing their brand of Bluegrass Gospel at “Pickin’ For a Cure Bluegrass Festival,” An American Cancer Society Event on Saturday, March 15. The show takes place at the Pollard Auditorium in Oak Ridge, Tenn. at 7:00PM. For more information call 865-584-1668.
The 2008 Dove Awards nominees will also play a 9:00PM show, Friday, March 14th at the world famous Station Inn in Nashville, Tenn.
JD Crowe making a stop in Milton, WV
