Monroe Crossing earns award, has live CD
Things are on the move for Monroe Crossing, which bills itself as “Minnesota’s Bluegrass Ambassadors.”
The band has been inducted into the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame and is promoting its latest CD, “Live From Silver Dollar City.”

“Live from Silver Dollar City” was recorded in May and June 2007 during performances by the band at the Riverfront Playhouse in Silver Dollar City, a popular tourist attraction just outside Branson, Mo.
