Walnut Valley festival dealing with flooding issues, evacuates campground

Winfield, KS — As of Friday, 11:00 am (local time). By order of the Winfield City Police the campgrounds at the Winfield Fairgrounds are temporarily closed and under a mandatory evacuation. The order is for the safety of the people already camping on grounds for the Walnut Valley Festival.
