Since the 2008 IBMA Awards Show Nominees were announced in August, BluegrassJournal.com has been featuring bio’s, discographies, videos and more on the 2008 IBMA Awards Show Nominees. Along with those, we’ve had an on-going poll so our readers could vote for their favorite bluegrass artists and industry folks. Presented below are the results of BluegrassJournal.com’s readers poll to pick the 2008 IBMA Awards nominees.
This Thursday evening, Oct. 2, The IBMA will announce the winners during the 19th annual IBMA Awards Show hosted by Del McCoury at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. The show begins at 8:30 P.M. and will be broadcast live on on XM Satellite Radio on Bluegrass Junction (Channel 14) and syndicated to more than 300 stations across the U.S. and around the world.
