Bluegrass Music Profiles "Women in Bluegrass" Nov-Dec 2008
The November – December 2008 Bluegrass Music Profiles Magazine is pleased to announce their 3rd Annual Women in Bluegrass will feature Carrie Hassler, one of bluegrass music’s most gifted female vocalist. Carrie Hassler & Hard Rain jumped on the scene several years ago with their Billboard Bluegrass Chart debut album on Rural Rhythm Records and the label just released the groups new CD, CHHR2 that that just made its debut at #3 on Billboard Bluegrass Top 50 Album Chart.
Also included in BMP Magazine is the extremely talented singer and songwriter, Jeanette Williams who is also enjoying high praises for her brand new CD, Thank You for Caring (Blue Circle Records). Jeanette is currently featured on the WAMU website’s Musicians Tips section this month.
