Dailey & Vincent with Bill Cody on GAC’s “Edge of Country”

Nashville, Tenn. — Rounder Records duo Dailey & Vincent, who took home an unprecedented seven International Bluegrass Music Awards, including Entertainer of the Year, met up with GAC host Bill Cody for a taping of GAC’s “Edge of Country” featuring this year’s IBMA award recipients and the Americana Music Association Honors and Awards winners. This special episode of “Edge of Country” airs today, Friday, October 31, at 5:00 p.m. (eastern), and will re-air on Friday, December 5 at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, December 7, at 11:00 p.m., and Monday, December 8, at 3:00 a.m.
Dailey & Vincent were also included in an October 28 Wall Street Journal feature on bluegrass music, “The State of the World of Bluegrass in 2008,” written by Barry Mazor. They made a special appearance at the Country Music Hall of Fame® & Museum Store on October 25, performed on the Grand Ole Opry on October 24, and will return to the Tuesday Night Opry on November 18.
