Ricky Skaggs, Ashley Monroe join Raconteurs on track

Nashville, Tenn. — Nashville-based band, The Raconteurs invited bluegrass megapicker Ricky Skaggs and country singer/songwriter Ashley Monroe into the studio to re-record their new single, “Old Enough,” from the band’s much-lauded Consolers Of The Lonely album, which was released on Third Man/Warner Bros.

Melonie Cannon plays Grand Ole Opry this weekend

Nashville, Tenn. — Rural Rhythm recording artist, Melonie Cannon will return to the Grand Ole Opry for a performance this Saturday night, November 29, 2008 at the Ryman Auditorium. Prior to that evening’s performance, she will appear on WSM’s Opry Warm-Up Radio Show with host Keith Bilbrey at 6:00 PM.

Bradley Walker video debut’s at #1 on CMT Pure 12-Pack

Burlington, MA — Bradley Walker’s new video, “A Little Change,” debuted at #1 on CMT’s Pure 12-Pack on Friday, November 21. On Pure 12-Pack, viewers vote from Friday through Wednesday for the best videos of the week on CMT Pure Country and the votes decide who makes the cut. Walker had some stiff competition, going up against artists such as Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert, Josh Turner and many more.

2009 Pagosa Folk ‘N Bluegrass Festival tickets on sale now

Pagosa Springs, CO– Tickets for the 2009 Pagosa Folk ‘N Bluegrass Festival, held June 5-7, are now on sale.

Early bird prices for the first 100 tickets sold are priced at $40 (single day) and $70 (2 day pass). Advance tickets are available for $45 (single day) and $80 (2 day pass) through June 4, 2009. Vehicle Camping passes are $25. VIP backstage tickets are very limited in availability for $275 (Early Bird) or $300 (Advance) and include 2-day festival admission and camping with backstage access on Saturday & Sunday (Must be 21 or older).
