Evanston, IL — The Chapmans are scheduled to appear at the Bluegrass Legends Concert series in Evanston, IL on Saturday, November 29, 2008. Doors open at 7:00 pm and the concert begins at 8:00 pm. Gypsy Guitar Legend Alfonso Ponticelli is also on the bill.

Lexington, KY — J.D. Crowe will perform a free show at the Niles Gallery, Lucille Little Fine Arts Library on the campus of the University of Kentucky as part of their “Bluegrass in the Bluegrass” concert series. The event happens Friday, December 5 at 12:00 noon.

Beth Stevens & Edge have released their first album, Strong Enough, on the Pinecastle Records label.

In case you might be wondering who the band leader is, Beth Stevens is well known from her former partnership with her sister April, as the Stevens Sisters.
