Cherryholmes remixes “This is My Son” for country market

Cherryholmes, the family band that took the bluegrass world by storm with its dynamic stage shows, will be releasing its first country single, a remix of “This Is My Son,” on Jan. 12. The original mix is on the band’s latest CD.

The remix version will be available for downloads on Itunes and on the band’s Web site, http://cherryholmes.musiccitynetworks.com.

Clair Lynch, Jim Hurst playing Bluegrass Heritage Foundation show

Dallas, TX — Two-time Grammy® nominee songwriter / session vocalist Claire Lynch is taking a night off from fronting one of the nation’s best-beloved bluegrass acts to share the stage with bandmate Jim Hurst in a rare duet appearance Saturday, January 24 at 7:30 PM. Claire and Jim are both members of the Bluegrass Heritage Foundation Advisory Board and are two of our most favorite performers.
