Nashville, Tenn. — As a not-for-profit educational organization, the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum is pleased to partner with Ford Motor Company Fund for the second consecutive year to say thank you to the Middle Tennessee community (and all lucky out-of-town visitors to the Museum on this day) by offering free Museum admission on Saturday, January 24, 2009. The Museum will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

According to the IBMA, “Leadership Bluegrass is a program designed to build commitment, motivate talents and instill enthusiasm for addressing the future of the bluegrass music industry….”

Nashville Tenn. — Rural Rhythm Records President, Sam Passamano announced the new single, “Back To Earth” a duet with Melonie Cannon and Willie Nelson has been shipped to country radio stations via CDX and also available through Airplay Direct. The song appears on Melonie’s current Rural Rhythm album, And The Wheels Turn.

Pickin’: A Bluegrass All Star Jam has picked up another January tour date.

The group of A-team jammers will perform a three-hour concert, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 24, at the Stillwater Community Center in Stillwater, Okla.

In addition, three of the touring musicians will give workshops from 3 to 5:30 p.m. that day.
