Owensboro, KY — Officials from RiverPark Center and the Owensboro Daviess County Convention and Visitors Bureau have announced the addition of Michael Martin Murphey to the roster of talent coming to the 8th annual Bluegrass Returns to its Roots Festival, April 2-4, 2009 at RiverPark Center.
