Ryman Auditorium announces summer bluegrass series

The Ryman Auditorium, the Mother Church of bluegrass and country music in Nashville, Tenn., has announced its schedule for the annual Bluegrass Nights at the Ryman.
Kicking of the 2009 series on June 25 will be Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver with Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper.
All shows in the series start at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays with tickets to all concerts costing $22.50.
The remainder of the series includes:
- July 2 — Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder
- July 9 — Rhonda Vincent & The Rage, Bobby Osborne & The Rocky Top Express and Next Best Thing
- July 16 — Ralph Stanley & The Clinch Mountain Boys with Jim Lauderdale
- July 23 — The Dan Tyminski Band and Steep Canyon Rangers
- July 30 — Dailey & Vincent and The Steeldrivers
The series is being sponsored this year by Springer Mountain Farms.
