Nashville, Tenn., — The Del McCoury 50th Anniversary Bash continues in a major way. To support the May 12release of a career-spanning 5-CD box set, “Celebrating 50 Years of Del McCoury,” and companion CD of his most requested hits, By Request, Del McCoury is hitting the road.

In a tour schedule released recently, the bluegrass legend will kick things off at the end of April with appearances at Merlefest and the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. The Del McCoury Band will also join the revered Preservation Hall Jazz Band at Preservation Hall on April 26th as part of the Midnight Preserves series following their Jazz Fest appearance….
