Flat Rock Music Festival announces Fall lineup

Flat Rock, NC – The 14th annual Flat Rock Music Festival is gearing up for another festival season in the Blueridge mountains, and this year’s fall lineup is going to bring plenty of people and musicians back to the mountains. Music Lovers from all over the Southeast make Camp Ton-A-Wandah their fall destination spot where they can always find good friends, great music and a family filled weekend at the Flat Rock Music Festival.
Gates for the festival open at noon on Friday, September 25th. Every festival-goer receives a free camping pass with the purchase of a three day ticket – and can enjoy the food vendors on site all weekend long.
This year, the music lineup is: Jim Lauderdale w/his band, Lisa Haley and the Zydekats, Lake Street Dive, Now You See Them, Pale Young Gentlemen, the Claire Lynch Band, Hobex, Carrie Rodriquez w/her band, Sam Quinn and Japan Ten (formerly with everybodyfields), Jonathan Scales Fourchestra, Tropic Culture, Michael Reno Harrell, Rhythm Angels, Grayson Capps and The Stumpknockers, Parkington Sisters, Danielle Howle, Dirty Rug Band, Thunderdrums, Melanie MacNeil and Asheville Hoops and featuring Kort McCumber – 2008 Emerging Songwriter Contestant Winner!

Sunday is Old Home Day where past performers and artists take the stage and bring songs and experiences from past festivals to light, reminiscing in the days past and giving everyone a foot stomping good time. Those artists are: 17 South, The Smokey Joe Show, Moon Shine Babies, Sam Anderson, Anon Dixon Day, Rock Killough, Jerry’s Jam & Gove Scrivenor.
