Cherryholmes has joined in the fray that is tweeting and to spread the word they’re offering up a free CherryHolmes III CD and autographed photo to a few lucky followers on twitter.
According to a post on the groups’ MySpace Blog, the band is hoping to attract at least 300 new followers on the micro blogging service.
“Because we have some really great stuff coming up soon that we will be posting on Twitter, (that stuff revolving around us demoing new music for our album that will be released later next year) and we want as many people to know about it as possible, we’ve decided to run a contest! If you help us reach our goal of 300 followers, not only will our 300th follower recieve a free Cherryholmes lll cd and personalized autographed photo, but you their friend who told them about the contest will receive one also. We will notify the winner thru Twitter so make to check back to see if you’ve won! This is the first of 4 contests. We will have something to give away for our 500th, 800th, and something very special for our 1,000th follower (and, yes, as the friend of the winner you will still reap the benenfits of telling them about the contest). So spread the word!!”
