Arlington, Tex., — Big plans are underway for the 2010 Bluegrass Heritage Festival set for March 5 and 6 in Arlington, Texas. Blue Highway, Russell Moore and IIIrd Tyme Out, and Alecia Nugent will perform at this two-day event. Other acts scheduled for the festival include gospel favorites The Marksmen, the triple-fiddle Quebe Sisters Band, and the bluegrass gospel Herrin Family from Fort Worth.

The Bluegrass Heritage Festival is located at the South Oaks Baptist Church, 5925 US Hwy. 287 in Arlington Texas.

Tickets for the 2010 Heritage Bluegrass Festival will be available beginning Saturday, Sept. 19 during the 2009 Bluegrass Heritage Festival which will feature headliner Josh Williams and Birmingham, England’s Toy Hearts.

Advance-purchase reserved-seat two-day passes will be only $48. Seating is limited, and ticketing will be on a first-come, first-served basis. When the seats are gone, they are gone. Because the auditorium is small and intimate, the Bluegrass Heritage Foundation expects this event to sell out.
