ASCAP’s “I Create Music” Expo set for April 22-24

Los Angeles, CA — ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) will stage its fifth annual ASCAP “I Create Music” Expo in Los Angeles next spring where top songwriters, composers, producers and industry professionals will come together to share their knowledge and expertise on a broad range of relevant topics to music creators. The three-day event will take place at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel, April 22-24, 2010….

Song of the Mountains features IIIrd Tyme Out, Williams & Clark Expedition and Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper Nov. 7

Marion, VA — Song of the Mountains will present three award winning bluegrass bands at the Lincoln Theatre in Marion, Virginia on Saturday, November 7th at 7:00 pm. This concert will be taped for national distribution to Public Television stations across America. The concert will feature the music of Russell Moore and IIIrd Tyme Out, Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper and the Williams and Clark Expedition….

New gospel book is aimed at bluegrass pickers

Bluegrass gets back to its Music City Roots November 4
