Rounder Artists win big at IBMA Awards

Burlington, MA – Rounder recording artists garnered multiple awards from the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) at last night’s 20th Annual IBMA Awards Show held at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN.

Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper won 5 awards including Instrumental Group of the Year – a category they have now won 3 years in a row….

Reds Fish House in Owensboro, KY hosting Bluegrass Concert & Fish Fry

Owensboro, KY — Reds Fish House will be hosting a night of Bluegrass Music that includes fried fish dinners and a Louisianna style crawfish boil. The event kicks off at 5:00 p.m. on October 24 and will feature the talents of Kings Highway from Henderson Ky and Men of the Week from St Louis, MO.

Both acts are described as successful regional acts with having made appearances at Bluegrass festivals in Evansville, Hendeson, Owensboro, Louisville and surrounding states. Men of the Week

2009 IBMA Awards Show wrap up: Dailey & Vincent, Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper & Dan Tyminski the nights big winners

Nashville. Tenn., — Dailey & Vincent were named IBMA’s Entertainer of the Year for the second consecutive year at the 20th Annual International Bluegrass Music Awards, held at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, on October 1. The entire band received the Vocal Group of the Year award as well as Gospel Recorded Performance for the song “On the Other Side,” written by Jimmy Fortune, Kevin Denney and Tom Botkin….
