Billy Cockman takes North Carolina Banjo Title at Carolina in the Fall festival

Billy Cockman, of Sherill Ford, NC. was named the North Carolina Banjo Champion for 2009 at the recently held Carolina in the Fall festival in North Wilkesboro, NC. For his efforts Cockman received a Deering Banjo and the oppurtunity to perform with the Kruger Brothers onstage during the festival. Cockman performs regularly as part of the Cockman Family….

Southern Ohio Indoor Music Festival takes place Nov. 13-14

Apparently there has been some confusion regarding the contact information for the upcoming Friends of Eddie & Martha Adcock benefit show scheduled at The Station Inn on October 25.

Dr. Terry Comer, DDS is the primary sponsor and contact person for information regarding the benefit show. Dr. Comer is a close friend of the Adcocks, their dentist and a fellow musician….
