After a show tonight at The Birchmere in Alexandria, VA with Chris Hillman & Herb Pederson, The Grascals will be be heading to Whiteburg, KY this week for an appearance at Appalshop for WWMT’s “Bluegrass Express Live.”
The Oct. 15 performance will take place in the Appalshop Theater at 91 Madison Avenue in downtown Whitesburg. Doors open at 7:00 pm, and the performance will start at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $15 each and may be reserved on-site at the Appalshop, by calling 606-633-0108, or via email at wmmtfm@appalshop.org.
Other stops this weekend include the Oakland Community College’s Lila Jones-Johnson Theatre in Royal Oak, MI for a 7:30 p.m. show on Oct. 16 and then to Kent , OH. for a show Oct. 17 at 8:00 p.m. at Kent Stage, 175 E Main St Kent, OH 44240.
