LakeSide, a Tennessee-based bluegrass gospel band, has released the radio single “His Love” from its CD, Cross and Crown Compilation 2009-03.
Another LakeSide single release “I Can’t Help Smiling” with the Eddie Crook Co. on Compilation 2009-002, has just charted at No. 67 in October’s Singing News Charts.
“This song has a great message regarding the troublesome world in which we live but how wonderful God is and how the Children of God have so many blessings to look forward to,” the band said on its Web site.
The band’s second annual LakeSide Singing will be held Feb. 27 at Butcher Auditorium in Madisonville, Tenn.
