Update – Jessie Baker, Katy Daley to talk about “Yessir!” on WAMU

Updated – Just got a message from Katy Daley and WAMU is moving the initial broadcast of this interview up to the 3:00 pm (ET) time slot instead of 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 15.
Jessie Baker, the young banjo phenom currently gigging with Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper, will be the subject of a Special Program on WAMU Bluegrass Country.
The Program will feature a conversation between Jessie Baker and WAMU’s Katy Daley concerning his new solo project “Yessir!” on Patuxent Records.
Excerpts from an in-studio performance by Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper that was recorded in August will be interspersed during the show.
The Jessie Baker / Katy Daley conversation will air for two weeks in WAMU’s Special Program time slot:
- Sat. 3 a.m.
- Sun. 6 p.m.
- Mon. 9 p.m.
- Tues. 6 a.m.
- Wed. 12 p.m.
- Thurs. 5 a.m.
- Fri. 3 a.m.
