Linda Sack releases “A Mountain Dulcimer Christmas”

Mountain dulcimist Linda Sack will officially release her 2nd CD, “A Mountain Dulcimer Christmas!,” this coming Friday evening with a performance at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville, Tenn. The Dec. 11 show is from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
“A Mountain Dulcimer Christmas!” is an all instrumental project that features Sack on three different kinds of dulicimers as well as some percussion and melodic banjo .
According to Sack, “A Mountain Dulcimer Christmas” is an EP (sampling of songs) that I hope will bring sweet sounds and cheer to your holiday season. It includes traditional Christmas songs from Austria, France, England, Germany and Appalachia — but tunes that will probably be familiar to you, including Silent Night.”
Sack is joinged by Christopher Cheatham on banjo, Brenda Kerr on percussion, with sound engineering by T.J. Larkin.
“A Mountain Dulcimer Christmas” will be available at LindaSack.com for $10.
