Dailey & Vincent with the Statler Brothers

The legendary Statler Brothers joined IBMA Entertainers of the Year Dailey & Vincent and an invitation crowd at the release party for “Dailey & Vincent Sing The Statler Brothers,” which was held at the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum in Nashville last night. The new CD, featuring bluegrass versions of 12 of the Statlers’ best-loved songs, is available exclusively at Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores and crackerbarrel.com, beginning Feb. 1.
Dailey & Vincent received a standing ovation for their performance in the museum’s Ford Theater, which included “Flowers on the Wall,” “Do You Know You Are My Sunshine,” “Hello, Mary Lou,” “Elizabeth,” “The Class of ‘57″ and “I’ll Go To My Grave Loving You.”
Other special guests in attendance included Bill Gaither, Steve Wariner, Ralph Emery, Joe Bonsall and Duane Allen of the Oak Ridge Boys, Ricky Skaggs, Ronnie and Rob McCoury, Ronnie Bowman, Lorianne Crook, Charlie Chase and Wilson Fairchild, a duo comprised of cousins Wil Reid and Langdon Reid, the sons of brothers Harold and Don Reid of The Statler Brothers.
