Zone 1 Advertising – $175.00

BluegrassJournal.com Zone 1 and Zone 2 Ad locations
  • Zone 1 ads will appear at the top of every page on BluegrassJournal.com.
  • Zone 1 is limited to a maximum of 3 ads in rotation with 1 ad slot per page.
  • Zone 1 ads run no less than 30 days or up to 10,000 impressions.

Zone 2 Advertising – $150.00

  • Zone 2 ads appears in the right sidebar below the “Search Box”
  • Zone 2 is limited to a maximum of 4 ads in rotation with 1 ad slot per page
  • Zone 2 ads run no less than 30 days or up to 7,500 impressions

Zone 2 ad sizes (width x height) accepted include:

  • 160 pixels by 300 pixels
  • 250 pixels by 250 pixels

Zone 3 Advertising – $45.00 to $75.00
Sale Price $27.00 – $45.00

  • Three ads from Zone 3 will be shown on each page in rotation with up to 25 ad slots available at this time. As traffic continues to increase additional slots will be added.
  • Zone 3 ads will be located with 2 spots in the content column and 1 slot in the sidebar directly underneath the “Connnect with BluegrassJournal.com” box and above “User Access” links
  • Zone 3 ads are guaranteed a minimum of 3,500 impressions per month.

  • 250 pixels by 250 pixels
  • 200 pixels by 200 pixels

Zone 3 Ad Pricing

  • 3 month commitment — $75.00 $45.00 / month
  • 6 month commitment — $65.00 $39.00 / month
  • 9 month commitment — $55.00 $33.00 / month
  • 12 month commitment — $45.00 $27.00 / month

General Ad Guidelines

  • Ads not directly related to our focused scope of content will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
  • Absolutely no pop-ups, pop-unders allowed.
  • Ad file size is limited to 30kB.
  • Tasteful Flash based ads are allowed but are limited to the confines of the ad space reserved on the page.
  • We will not accept ads that are Political or Adult oriented in nature.
  • After initial placement ad graphics file can be switched out for a $20.00 fee if desired.
  • We reserve the right to reject any ad that doesn’t meet our guidelines.
