CMT Announces new shows for fall lineup

Los Angeles — Fresh off the busiest development cycle in the network’s history, CMT will launch four new series and two returning series this Fall, it was announced by Jayson Dinsmore, Executive Vice President, Development and Programming, CMT. CMT will also premiere its second CMT Original Movie and new episodes of its music series CMT Crossroads and Invitation Only.

Glenn Gibson’s banjo to light up Flamekeeper

Michael Cleveland is very pleased to announce he has completed the final piece of the Flamekeeper puzzle with the recent hire of Glenn Gibson on banjo. Gibson will debut with the rest of Flamekeeper on August 27th at Lodi, New York’s Pickin’ In The Pasture. He rounds out a fine ensemble of Flamekeeper musicians including Charlie Lawson on guitar, Ashby Frank on mandolin, and Blake Bowen on bass.

Los Angeles, CA., — Individual balcony seats for the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum’s All for the Hall Los Angeles fundraiser, taking place Tuesday, September 13, at L.A. LIVE’s Club Nokia, will go on sale to the public on Saturday, August 20, Museum officials announced today.

Tickets to the benefit concert, which will follow a “guitar pull” format and feature performances by Country Music Hall of Fame members Country Music Hall of Fame member Vince Gill and Emmylou Harris

Hollywood, CA — On August 29th, the Ford Amphitheatre opens its doors to bluegrass fans and pickers throughout Southern California for the second annual BASC Bluegrass Jam at the Ford. This free event — which is a lead-up to our September 25th Michael Cleveland concert at the Ford– is open to pickers of all levels of skill and experience. And of course everyone who loves to listen to bluegrass music, or just wants to find out what it’s all about, is welcome too!
