The Greencards coming to Raleigh, NC

Raleigh, NC. — The Greencards will kick off the 2009 – 2010 Pinecone Down Home Concert Series on Saturday, September 12. The Show begins at 8:00 p.m. and takes place in the Fletcher Theater at the Progress Energy Center for Performing Arts. Pinecone members can purchase tickets now ($21-$23) and tickets to the general public become available on Aug. 17 ($23 – $25)….

Bluegrass Underground books Greencards, Two Man Gentleman Band

The Greencards with the Two Man Gentleman Band will perform at 1 p.m. Aug. 1 at Bluegrass Underground, a live concert and radio show held inside the Volcano Room, which is a natural amphitheater 333 feet underground in Tennessee’s Cumberland Caverns….

Greencards make Sugar Hill debut

The Greencards this week released “Fascination,” their first CD on the Sugar Hill label.

Not exactly a born-and-bred Monroe disciple band, the trio includes two Australians and a Brit. Despite their global background, The Greencards have been consistent hitters on the Americana music charts. And they concede to having a passion for true bluegrass….
