SPBGMA’s best: Dailey & Vincent, Nothin’ Fancy, Rhonda Vincent

The rookie duo of Dailey & Vincent swept the 35th annual Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music in America awards show Sunday in Nashville, Tenn., just like they did last October at the International Bluegrass Music Association’s annual awards gala.

Pinecastle releases Thacker, Parmley CDs

Pinecastle Records this week released two new CDs, The Hangman by Ernie Thacker and Route 23 and 3 Silver Dollars from David Parmley & Continental Divide.

In a news release, Pinecastle called the release of the The Hangman “a monumental achievement for Ernie Thacker and Route 23.”
